5. Call Recording & AI Processing

If call recording is enabled on your account:

  • Calls may be recorded and transcribed automatically
  • AI agents process call audio in real time to generate responses and summaries
  • Recordings and transcripts are stored securely on encrypted infrastructure
  • Voice data is processed on Indian sovereign infrastructure

Important: You are responsible for obtaining consent from callers where legally required before enabling call recording.

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including:

  • Encrypted data transmission (HTTPS / TLS)
  • Secure cloud infrastructure with data residency in India
  • Role-based access controls and authentication
  • Regular security monitoring and audits

However, no system is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We may share data only with:

  • Infrastructure providers — cloud hosting for platform operation
  • Telephony providers — for call routing and virtual number services

  • Account data is retained for the duration of your account and 90 days after deletion request
  • Call recordings (if enabled) are retained for 6 months unless configured otherwise

  • Usage logs are retained for up to 24 months

Users may request deletion of their account and all associated data at any time by contacting our support team.
