1. Overview

At Sarvgenic, we respect your right to control your personal data. You may request the deletion of your account and all data associated with it at any time. This page explains what data is deleted, how the process works, and your available options.

Data deletion is permanent and irreversible. Once processed, your data cannot be recovered. Please ensure you have exported any data you need before submitting a request.

2. What Gets Deleted

When you submit a data deletion request, the following data will be permanently removed:

2.1 Account Data

  • Your name, email address, phone number, and login credentials
  • Company name and business profile information
  • Account preferences and settings

2.2 CRM & Lead Data

  • All leads, contacts, and pipeline data stored in your CRM
  • Notes, tags, and custom fields attached to records
  • Integration sync history and connected platform data

2.3 Call & AI Data

  • Call recordings and call logs
  • AI-generated transcripts, summaries, and analytics
  • Voice agent configurations and conversation flows

2.4 Usage & Analytics Data

  • Session logs, feature usage metrics, and activity history
  • Dashboard configurations and saved reports

3. What We May Retain

Certain data may be retained even after deletion for legal and regulatory compliance:

  • Transaction records — billing and payment history retained for 7 years per Indian tax regulations
  • Legal compliance data — minimal records required by court orders, regulatory mandates, or ongoing legal proceedings
  • Aggregated & anonymized data — statistical data that cannot identify you may be retained for analytics and service improvement

Retained data is anonymized wherever possible and is never used for marketing or shared with third parties beyond legal requirements.

4. How the Deletion Process Works

  • Step 1: Submit a deletion request using the form below or email support@sarvgenic.com
  • Step 2: We verify your identity by sending a confirmation email to your registered address
  • Step 3: You confirm the deletion via the verification link (valid for 48 hours)
  • Step 4: Your account is deactivated immediately and data deletion begins
  • Step 5: All eligible data is permanently removed within 30 business days
  • Step 6: You receive a final confirmation email once deletion is complete

5. Grace Period

After you confirm your deletion request, there is a 14-day grace period during which:

  • Your account is deactivated (no login access)
  • Your data is preserved but not processed
  • You may cancel the deletion by contacting support@sarvgenic.com

After the grace period, deletion is irreversible and proceeds to completion.

6. Third-Party & Integration Data

Please note regarding connected services:

  • Deletion removes data stored within Sarvgenic only
  • Data synced to third-party platforms (Google Ads, Meta, WhatsApp, etc.) is governed by those platforms' deletion policies
  • You must separately request deletion from any third-party services you connected
  • We will disconnect all active integrations as part of the deletion process

7. Data Export Before Deletion

Before submitting a deletion request, we recommend exporting your data:

  • CRM Data — export leads and contacts as CSV from the dashboard
  • Call Recordings — download recordings from the Calls section
  • Reports — export analytics and reports from the Reports tab

8. Your Rights

In addition to data deletion, you have the following rights:

  • Access — request a copy of all personal data we hold about you
  • Correction — request corrections to inaccurate or incomplete data
  • Restriction — request that we limit processing of your data
  • Portability — request your data in a structured, machine-readable format
  • Objection — object to processing of your data for specific purposes
